Sizing/Product Information

We shop different vendors to bring you the cool and the unique which makes it difficult to have a uniform sizing chart. We will do our best to provide as much information as we can in the product description including measurements, fabric, how the product runs in size, etc. If you have a questions we haven't covered about a product please free to email us at info@trendy3boutique.com

Shipping

All of the products we list on our website are in stock and ready to ship. Orders are processed and packaged to ship within two business days. We ship most of our items first class through the postal service which is 2-5 business days with larger orders being shipped priority through the postal service which is 1-3 business days. 

Make to sure to have your packages shipped to a secure location. We are not responsible for packages that have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. If your order is returned to us we will refund your order less shipping charges

Local Pickup 

For those of you who live local to Lincoln, Nebraska. You can pick up your order from us and save shipping costs. Select local pick up at checkout and email us at info@trendy3boutique.com or text 402-855-5333 to arrange for order pick up. 

 

Returns/Exchanges

We hope you fall in love with every product and purchase but if something doesn't work out, you can return your items for a refund as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. Merchandise must be returned to us within 24 days of the date the item was shipped out. Please include a copy of your receipt.

Your are responsible for return shipping charges back to us. We will pay return shipping costs in the event an item is defective upon arrival or was incorrect. We hope that never happens but it we will make it right. Please inspect your purchase promptly after you receive it. Please wash your clothing according to the manufacturer guidelines.  

We recommend purchasing a tracking number when shipping back returned items. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail that you ship back. If you live local you can return in person. Once your item is received, we will issue you a refund back less shipping unless there was a problem with your order, then we will credits back your shipping. Please email info@trendy3boutique before returning an item to get the return address and so that we can be on the look out for the return. 

Exchanges can be tricky since our inventory is constantly changing and some vendors only make limited quantities. If you see something you like buy it before is gone and we will refund your original purchase once we receive it.
Please follow the care tags on how to launder each time. As instructions can vary across items and vendors. 
 
Restocking
We will try and restock top selling items if possible. No guarantees as some of our vendors only make a certain quantity of their product. Don't be sad. We will keep finding you more things to be excited about. 
Condition of Use
Please wash and wear according to manufacturer's guidelines. Children are our most precious commodities. Please never leave a child unattended or without supervision. We accept NO LIABILITY for use, misuse or lack of supervision while using our products.
